Summer news!

Lest we forget today August the 6th is the anniversary of the first atomic bomb being used. The bomb was dropped by the crew of the Enola Gay of the United States Air Force on the Japanese City of Hiroshima 1945 with devastating and long term horrific circumstances. In 1984 I wrote my award winning play, “Buckets of Sunshine,” that told that tragic story through the eyes of the Enola Gay’s Catholic chaplain, Father George Zabelka.

Every year I remind people of this terrible event and yes I would like more people to see my play but not for self publicity reasons but because with the world in such a fragile state the story needs retelling again and again.
