People’s Vote. London 2018

My 12 year old son and I travelled to London on Saturday to take part in the march for a People’s Vote regarding the UK leaving the European Union. It was a lovely warm day, and we were amazed at the amount of people that gathered at Hyde Park. We had to wait two hours before setting off! The march was colourful, good spirited and humorous with a carnival atmosphere with Samba bands and dancing on route. When we got near Parliament square we could go no further as it was already full of people who had gone before us. We came away with hope and were proud that we took part of such a worthy and necessary cause.  Let us hope and pray those in authority will listen! 48928gettyimages-982055090.jpg
