Buckets of Sunshine

On 6th August 1945, the ‘Enola Gay’ dropped the first atomic bomb on the Japanese city of Hiroshima with devastating consequences.  My play, ‘Buckets of Sunshine,’ retells the story through the eyes of Catholic USAF chaplain, Father George Zabelka. The play won an award and the theme is still highly relevant today – worrying and frightening too.  (Copies available)
